If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your product.
How to Initiate a Return or Refund
- Contact Us: Please email us at support@ghostware.ai with your order number and a brief explanation of your request.
- Return Instructions: Once your request is received, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Refund Process
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be returned in its original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.
- Refund Issuance: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

- If the return request is made after 30 days from the date of delivery, we will be unable to process a refund.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 3:00pm EST will be processed the next business day. -
Order Confirmation:
You will receive an email confirmation once your order is received. Another notification with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package online. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 days of shipping, please contact us at support@ghostware.ai.
4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. RaveMachine is not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

6. Damaged or Lost Orders
- Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@ghostware.ai with photos of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Lost Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local postal carrier. If the package still cannot be located, please reach out to our support team so we can help investigate.
